PORTLAND, Ore. – September 11, 2019 / After a year of impressive organic and acquisition growth, Opus Agency has added two new leadership roles to support the evolving organization. Kim Kopetz has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer, and Kristen Clark has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Kopetz, who has been with Opus for a total of 14 years, was previously Executive VP, Marketing and Strategy. She now leads the focus on agency growth, overseeing alignment across the account management, sales, marketing, and strategy teams.
Clark joins Opus from her previous role as Chief Talent Officer at TWBA/Media Lab Arts. Monte Wood, CEO of Opus Agency, remarks that “Kristen’s expertise in talent acquisition and retention, benefits, and leadership training, as well as her experience with agency acquisitions and integrations, will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
The company is in a period of rapid growth, with three companies acquired so far this year and a focus on adding talented staff to scale for future expansion. Wood continues, “while the growth is incredible, it is the great work we deliver every day that makes it possible. I’m so proud of what we do and have accomplished, but it is critical that we continue to build the strategy and foundation to deliver on our vision for 2020 and beyond.”
