Flight Path 2
Building culture for airline employees, who by nature are in different places and play varied roles, highlights the importance of a cohesive experience across all audiences. Brand moments are just as important for internal teammates as they are for customers.
We helped Alaska Airlines build the Flight Path 2 experience and training program, where the organization’s 21,500 employees participated in staggered, half-day sessions to align with the brand and connect with each other. The space we helped create, with extra-comfortable armchairs and a home-grown feel, drove home the importance of the Alaska Airlines experience to team members from all regions and roles.
