With 18,000 sales staff members, Cisco wanted an event to make them feel engaged and connected. Tencue, part of the Opus collective, led this project and brought together technology, location, and design as vital ingredients of a unified story.
We placed the stage at the center of a 360-degree space, using double-sided curved screens, innovative AV elements, and special effects to connect the audience with the show and with each other. The program was peppered with moments of surprise, like when VR viewers created a moment of large-scale immersion, or when every attendee’s lanyard began glowing and became part of the show itself. We’ve used technology and production elements to take Cisco’s sales team on a journey every year since 2012.
