Athletic Apparel Company | Team Strategy Offsite



Opus collaborated with our athletic apparel client to create an impactful team offsite for 75 of their employees. The event took place in Santa Monica, CA, and brought two newly merged divisions together. The goal was to strengthen and enhance the collaboration between the divisions and build team unity.


Opus planned the offsite with the company’s “work hard, play hard” mentality in mind. The event featured a variety of teambuilding activities, such as morning yoga, bike rides, surf lessons, and a custom “Amazing Race” inspired competition. Daytime sessions focused on accelerating the new partnership between the divisions with team introductions, operational division overviews, and future planning. The event’s casual beach theme featuring comfortable arm chairs and couches allowed for a relaxed atmosphere.


Opus brought to life the program vision to “Connect, Accelerate, and Celebrate.” Thoughtful team interactions, balanced with engaging environment to deliver impactful content, helped build deeper connections among the teams.
