Welcome Lauren Smith, our new Head of Talent and Development
Lauren Smith comes to The Opus Group, a network of agencies including, Opus Agency, MAS, and TENCUE, with more than 15 years of agency experience and most recently, Director of Operations at 72andSunny. As Executive Vice President, Head of Talent & Development, she will focus on partnering with executive leadership and the full human resources team to optimize The Opus Group talent network and implement strategic initiatives that continue propelling the company forward.

When she’s not helping lead and transform the talent of today and tomorrow, Lauren’s Italian roots have given her a passion for cooking and experiencing new restaurants in New York, where she resides. To balance being a food connoisseur, she also enjoys boxing and Broadway.
