Announcing our March 2015 SUPO!

At Opus, we call our employee of the month award the “SUPO.” It’s kind of a long story, but essentially: It’s “OPUS” spelled backwards, and it sounds a little like “super.” And this month’s SUPO is…

March’s SUPO is always willing to lend a hand and builds strong relationships with her clients. She has done an amazing job on recent sponsorship efforts, receiving client kudos along the way. This sponsorship work was going away, and not only did she do a great job, but she won over the client with all of her diligence and extra effort. All sponsorships were collected prior to the event, and — given that she received the contracts from the client only four weeks prior to the event — that in itself is an amazing accomplishment. Way to build a partnership!

Her client had high praise, saying that, “This is fantastic! I want to thank you for your amazing work through the billing process for Amsterdam. You have worked quickly and diligently to ensure all partners were invoiced and payments were processed. I am excited to work with you again on London. I think this partnership can be absolutely used as a plan for best practices for all international sponsorship billing when moving forward.”

Oh, and she has done amazing work ensuring close-outs are done on time, and our Accounts Receivable has never been better since she took charge of them! This SUPO’s work is not always visible to others, but today we are excited to recognize her efforts! She does exceptional work, builds great relationships, and is valued by the team. Congratulations to…Kecia Arlint, our March SUPO!
