Held at the iconic Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the event moved beyond the traditional corporate party, transforming a world-class sports arena into a custom-built interactive tech hub.

To celebrate the conclusion of INSIGHT, NetApp delivered a technical masterclass. The goal was simple: provide 1,650 guests with a multisensory experience that functioned as a single, breathing entity of technology and talent.
The Stadium as a Canvas
- Synchronized Spectacle: 6,000 CrowdSync LED pendants turned individual stadium seats into reactive pixels, creating a massive, stadium-wide light show.
- Laser Mapping: High-powered lasers traced the NetApp logo larger than life across the East and West 50-yard lines, embedding the brand into the very architecture of the space.
Innovation Through Interaction
The Encore experience prioritized high-throughput, tech-forward activations that kept engagement high from start to finish:
- Pedal for Power: Guests physically powered the atmosphere at stationary bike stations, where their effort fueled the theatrical lighting columns.
- Live Lightcycle Race: Using Piing technology, attendees scanned a QR code to race on massive 48-foot-high LED screens, allowing for frictionless participation at scale.
- Digital Performers: Custom-costumed Agents in silver-reflective suits refracted stage lasers, while roaming Cyborgs wore integrated LED monitors to stream content directly to guests.
The Result: A New Benchmark
By favoring a powerhouse 13-piece ensemble and sophisticated AI-driven activations over a standard celebrity headliner, NetApp proved that enterprise audiences are most engaged when they are part of the show.
