Prior to joining Opus Agency, Caryn was a Creative Director at national and international advertising agencies including J. Walter Thompson, McCann, and Doner. Her experience over 30 years has touched virtually every industry category. Caryn’s strategic, creative, and collaborative management style has influenced some outstanding brands including Amazon, AutoTrader, Coca Cola, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Domino’s, Google, Mazda and UPS. As our Chief Creative Officer, she has launched and led creative teams through multi-platform integrated campaigns. Caryn brings passion and business acuity to her work with curiosity and enthusiasm that is equally infectious in a conference room or while singing karaoke. Caryn is Boston-based, a mom to four sons, and a proud mom to three doggers.

As a Senior Strategic Planner at Opus Agency, Ashley brings her persistent attention to detail, endless curiosity about human behavior, and deep commitment to delivering high quality work to each of our clients.

Joe Schwinger is Co-founder and Chief Product / Innovation Officer of MeetingPlay + Aventri, an award-winning software powerhouse forging meaningful connections at in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for Fortune 500 companies including Marriott, PepsiCo, Databricks, and many more. With a background in ecommerce, he has extensive experience providing customer facing solutions on a global scale.

A seasoned entrepreneur, before co-founding MeetingPlay in 2011 and beginning to serve as its CEO, Schwinger built and led several successful business initiatives. Prior to his entrepreneurial experiences, he was key to developing global e-commerce solutions with individual properties for Marriott International. First, he built the ecommerce organization for the Eastern Region at Marriott, which involved dedicated plans for all full-service hotels in the region. Then he oversaw ecommerce for North America during a reorganization to help build the foundation of ecommerce at Marriott globally. Through his experiences at Marriott, Schwinger saw what the future of meetings could look like and started his own venture to make that vision a reality.

Joe was recently named to the 2021 BizBash 500 Must-Know Event Pros in the U.S. and the 2018 list of 40 under 40 by Connect Corporate.
