Sharing the Do’s and Don’ts of Incentive Planning with BizBash

Opus Agency’s SVP of Incentives weighs in on how to organize a rewarding attendee experience.
Designed to recruit, motivate, and recognize employees, incentive travel programs must now aim even higher to prioritize mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

In a recent article titled The Do’s and Don’ts of Planning an Incentive Trip, BizBash shares insights from industry experts on:

  • Picking the best destination
  • Choosing the right partners
  • Incorporating local experiences
  • Being mindful of sustainability

Tiffany Cohen, SVP of Incentives and Global Sourcing at Opus Agency, shares her thoughts on incentive personalization.

Cohen also shares that gifting is an opportunity to reduce the environmental impact of the incentive program.

“This involves ensuring products are sustainably and responsibly made and exclusively sourcing local gifts that directly benefit the destination.”
