At Opus, we call our employee of the month award the “SUPO.” It’s kind of a long story, but essentially: It’s “OPUS” spelled backwards, and it sounds a little like “super.” And this month’s SUPO is…
Our August SUPO manages to push her ten-key machine to its limits while still having enough time to bake for the office. How does she do it, you ask? She does it with a smile on her face.
People + Values + Methodology = TeamCS, what we call the Opus differentiator—the “CS” is for “customer success.” Here are a few examples of what her peers have to say about how this SUPO brings TeamCS to life:
- People: “This woman is a number-crunching machine. Last year, she worked at re:Invent, managing temps instead of numbers (eeek!), and she rocked it onsite with her team attitude!”
- Values: “She works hard and yet somehow finds time to bake habanero fudge brownies for her coworkers too. (I feel like she needs to bring another batch ASAP.) She is a team player, always has a smile on her face, and offers such a great attitude.”
- Methodology: “There isn’t anything she can’t do! End of month, audits, employee questions…bring it on. I have never heard her say ‘no’ to helping or assisting another co-worker.”
