Grace Hopper is a living, breathing manifestation of an evolving industry. Over the years, Opus Agency adapted the format to meet the moment:
- Through the 2010s: Full-scale, in-person events across two million square feet of meeting space. We produced 450+ breakout sessions and a career fair where attendees could interview on the spot, connecting global talent with leading tech companies.
- 2020–2021: Fully virtual experiences. We engaged 35,000 women and non-binary technologists across 119 countries, with digital career fairs, interactive panels, and even a virtual dance party, keeping the community connected despite global challenges.
- 2022Beyond: The event returned as a hybrid celebration, bringing together 15,000 in-person and 15,000 virtual attendees. Under the theme Next Is Now, every element—from mainstage programming to workshops, career fair, and immersive installations—was designed to connect, inspire, and advance careers.
