Keynotes and divisional breakouts provided strategic alignment, while the energy extended into immersive cultural moments. We designed several interactive touchpoints, including a "Setting the Standard" Activation Sticker Wall and a "Caught Doing Right" shout-out wall, allowing attendees to physically contribute to the summit’s cultural narrative. Attendees celebrated at a "California Dreamin' Block Party featuring lawn games and a jukebox, and capped off the event with an after-party complete with on-site shirt screen printing and a live band.
Leaders also engaged in a giveback activity, filling seed packets for tomatoes and lettuce to support community growth—a direct reflection of the brand's mission to Stand For Something Good.
