Virgin Media O2 has partnered with Opus Agency leadership since the early challenger-brand days of O2, evolving alongside the business through mergers, transformations, and milestone moments. The Can Do Awards have become the next chapter in this journey, celebrating the people who go above and inspiring them to realise their full potential.

Held at London’s iconic O2 venue in its first year, the Can Do Awards reimagined employee recognition as a full-scale live entertainment experience inspired by the BRIT Awards.
Over 1,000 guests attended the debut event, stepping into a night packed with celebrity hosts, theatrical performances, live entertainment, premium production, and moments that made people feel celebrated in every sense of the word.
The following year, the event took on a new creative identity inspired by old Hollywood glamour, delivering a timeless, cinematic awards program with elevated production value and a strong sense of occasion. Hosted by Michael McIntyre, whose signature warmth and sharp humour brought a new energy, the celebration focused on shared moments, standout storytelling, and premium production.
