WalkMe Challenge

WalkMe was in a growth phase, focused on building awareness, driving engagement, and connecting with new and existing customers.

They came to us for an event. We gave them something bigger.

The WalkMe Challenge became a playful, scalable way to show the value of digital adoption, turning a complex, often intangible topic into something people could actually experience.

Delivery

We took a strategic, creative approach, building a simple idea with room to grow.

A light-hearted competition. Two players. One task. Only one has WalkMe.

From there, the concept evolved across formats:

  • A video series with hosts guiding and commenting on each challenge
  • Social content extending reach and engagement
  • A live event format, using a transportable kit so the challenge could be played on stage
  • And eventually, a fully digital experience hosted online

As the idea gained traction, WalkMe wanted to take it further.

We partnered with 2DM Digital to transform the challenge into a bespoke, gamified web application—accessible anytime, anywhere.

Users complete the same task twice. First, without WalkMe, relying on traditional support. Then, with WalkMe, experiencing the difference in real time.

We integrated WalkMe directly into a custom CRM environment, creating a hands-on, interactive demonstration of the product’s value. Ultimately, we moved beyond a single event, creating a flexible tool that could live across marketing, sales, and product storytelling.
