Welcoming Two Business Development Leaders to Support Global Growth

Katie Moser Stuck and Brian Wagner join the team to guide a new era of relationship building.
Opus Agency is building a growth strategy designed to Outrun Ordinary.

With the addition of two new business development leaders, Katie Moser Stuck and Brian Wagner, we’re primed to expand our global capabilities and usher in a modern, relationship-first approach to building client partnerships.

Katie joins as Business Development Director, North America. She brings a smart perspective shaped by experience across multiple areas of the event industry. Katie’s initiative, industry fluency, and instinct for relationship building make her a natural fit for our growing team.

“In her first meeting with us, she was already pitching ways we could improve. She even brought a branded deck built specifically for Opus Agency,” said Brent Turner, EVP, Strategy & Solutions. “Her thinking in that deck was rare. It was beyond anything we ordinarily see in this process, and it speaks volumes about how she builds trust in a remote world.”

In her role, Katie will focus on driving new business across North America, opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

Brian Wagner joins as Global Head of Business Development and a member of Opus Agency’s senior leadership team. He brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy and growth, most recently from Jack Morton, where he and his teams delivered a strong track record of wins.

“I’ve known Brian for a few years now, dating back to our first meeting at BizBash’s Leadership Summit,” Brent added. “He understands full-service work from end to end and what it takes to earn trust with clients. He is a critical part of where we’re headed next.”

Brian joins at a pivotal moment for Opus Agency. With Katie recently on board in North America, Joanna Campion joining the EMEA team through our recent acquisition of Wave, and Sophia Habib and Lowri Gregory driving success in APAC, our business development function is entering a new era of global alignment.
