Building on the success of the WalkMe Challenge digital campaign, we brought the concept into the real world through a lively, in-person experience for growing audiences across Asia Pacific.
Across four cities, attendees experienced the platform in a tactile, hands-on way—seeing and feeling the value of WalkMe in action.
We reimagined the format into a half-day experience designed to maximize both energy and depth:
- Plated breakfast and keynote to open the day
- Live WalkMe Challenge activations
- Hands-on lab sessions for deeper product exploration
The format balanced introduction and immersion, giving new audiences a clear entry point, while allowing existing customers to go deeper into the platform’s capabilities.
