Erica Seo Joins Opus Agency to Lead ASEAN Growth

Erica Seo joins Opus Agency as Senior Vice President, ASEAN, to lead client growth, commercial performance, and team operations in Singapore.
Her appointment focuses on two strategic priorities:
- Guiding global brands as they extend event portfolios across Southeast Asia.
- Helping regional brands build robust event programs locally and internationally.
Erica brings leadership experience across strategy, operations, and experiential marketing in Asia. She joins from Spalba, where she was Business Head, APAC. At George P. Johnson, she led business strategy across APAC and served as Managing Director of GPJ Korea. Earlier in her career, she ran agency operations at QX, Quintessentially's brand experience agency.
"What drew me here is the work already happening and the ambition to take it further," says Erica. "Brands across this region move fast, and the ones that connect build real relationships with their audiences in every market. Opus Agency has the global reach and an experienced team in place. My focus is bringing my relationships and expertise into that and growing what we do for clients across Southeast Asia."
Opus Agency’s presence across APAC includes partnerships with AWS, Salesforce, UBS, and Red Hat. AWS and Opus Agency delivered AWS Summit ASEAN across Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta for more than 16,000 attendees. Salesforce and Opus Agency have partnered for more than two decades, delivering Salesforce World Tour in Sydney, Tokyo, London, Paris, and other key markets.
Senior Vice President, ANZ, Charles Turner leads the agency's business across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney, Charles joined The Company We Keep as Managing Director in 2023 and transitioned into regional leadership following Opus Agency's acquisition of the agency in February 2025. He spent nearly 12 years at George P. Johnson Australia and New Zealand, rising to Head of Integrated Production. His team recently produced Salesforce's Sydney activation, Meant to Be Agentforce, which earned Best Use of AI at the 2026 Ex Awards, and Melbourne's St Kilda Festival.
Both Erica and Charles report directly to Opus Agency President Dena Lowery.
"The relationships our team has built in APAC give us a strong starting point," says Charles. "We know the work, and we know the clients, and we have more expertise across Opus Agency to bring to our clients’ next brief. Together, Erica and I will focus on helping those relationships grow across more programs and markets, and giving our team room to take their ideas further."
"Our clients' event portfolios are becoming more connected and more global, and we see more of that investment moving to APAC," says Dena. "A brand scaling into Singapore, Jakarta, or Sydney wants the same connected team and the same understanding of its business it has in every other market, working with people who know those cities and the suppliers in them. That is how we operate. The fastest-growing cities in the world are spread across this region, and the brands moving into them now are building relationships that their competitors spend years catching up to. With Erica leading our ASEAN growth, we are even better positioned to deliver that local expertise on a global scale."
