And we will do better.
We know that Black Lives Matter.
We know things are not equal for black people.
We know, as an experience agency, that more diverse voices create better experiences for all.
We know that we must better support our black communities, black employees, and black partners and suppliers.

This past week has been one of listening and reflection. We understand this is a privilege, and one we don’t take lightly. We want to be sure we don’t fail again. Because that failure affects our employees, our partners, and our community as a whole.

So, while we’re not done listening, not done reflecting, please know we are working toward sustainable agency changes that ensure Black Lives Matter. We will do better.
