Why I’m Thankful for Our Team Members

As the holidays approach, I like to reflect on the endless reasons I feel grateful. Last year I expressed my gratitude for our clients, who make the world a better place, make our work fun and rewarding, and continue to be loyal partners and good friends.

This year, I feel especially thankful for the team. Why?

Everyone cares for each other.

You celebrate together, tackle tough problems together, and laugh together. I’ve seen many, many instances of team members helping others through personal challenges. Every day, I watch as you support your teammates and help each other to grow. In the past year, our ranks have almost doubled – and I’m overwhelmed by the warmth with which you welcome our new teammates.

Everyone cares about our clients.

Each and every one of you works toward helping our clients. You go above and beyond to forge a good relationship with them and to ensure they feel at home with us. The experiences you create for our clients are outstanding, and you help them achieve their objectives.

Everyone works their hardest to make the Opus family what it is today.

You come in early or stay late when needed, and you make it a priority to be caring and effective. You travel near and far to do your work. This is a demanding industry, and your dedication and integrity are why Opus is here today.

My words can’t even begin to describe how proud I am to be associated with all of you in Opus/MAS/Tencue, whether you’re on the front lines at the events or behind the scenes providing the support that enables it all to work. What we have is rare, and each of you are the facilitators of this awesome ride.

My most sincere thank you, and Happy Thanksgiving!
