We’re proud to share that Salesforce’s Meant to Be activation has earned Silver at the Event Marketer Experience Design Awards.
Meant to Be was designed to take the mystery out of AI by bringing it into the real world, not just for B2B audiences, but for everyday consumers. Attendees collaborated with RIO, a custom Agentforce agent, to build their dream holiday. Developed for TripADeal by Slalom and Salesforce, the experience demonstrated how easily simple prompts can create a holiday itinerary.
Set inside a striking 6-metre LED structure in the heart of Sydney’s Martin Place, the activation paired bold design with hands-on interaction, helping people move from curiosity to confidence by showing what AI can actually do for them.
This Silver award goes to show what’s possible through trusted partnership and a shared willingness to try something new. It’s a reminder that when technology is designed with people in mind, it becomes far more approachable and far more memorable.
The Experience Design Awards, judged annually by the editors of Event Marketer, highlight standout work across immersive environments, interactive technology, and innovative event design. We’re thrilled to see Meant to Be recognised alongside the industry’s best.
