Tiffany Cohen joins the team as SVP of Incentives and Global Sourcing

From private dinners in the bush and safaris in Kapama Private Game Reserve, South Africa, to yacht excursions and Fiat 500 expeditions in Taormina, Sicily, the world’s most influential brands are partnering with Opus Agency to curate exclusive, authentic, destination-centric experiences that would not otherwise be accessible. At the helm of our growing incentive business, Tiffany Cohen, CMP, CITP, is poised to catalyze success for our clients, their stakeholders, and their teams.

Tiffany brings more than twenty years of expertise in hospitality, operations, and events positions. Most recently, Tiffany served as Chief of Staff, Events for the Linux Foundation and, from 2011 to 2022, as Incentive Group Sr. Director at Opus Agency.

“I love traveling, exploring unique destinations, and immersing myself in local cultures. In my new role at Opus Agency, I will draw on my extensive hotel, DMC, and partner network,” Cohen shares. “I am excited to lean on these global relationships to plan exclusive incentive programs around the world for our clients. I aim to make each trip feel personalized and special so that stakeholders are inspired to perform and attendees feel rewarded for their achievements.”
